Change is and always will be part of life. However, some things are better kept untouched. One such thing is the tradition that has allowed Chez Matilde to thrive and become one of the pivotal restaurants on the island of Aruba.

The last couple of years, we explored options like the introduction of a more international menu on our restaurant. We also aimed to create a more relaxed, casual atmosphere for our patrons.

But certain things are always the ones that our clients expect and demand, and in those lines we are bringing back "Chez". The original concept, the one that created critical praise.

Chez Matilde is, and will remain, an uncompromising French dining experience, with upscale, luxurious "haute" cuisine. Is not a restaurant for everyone. Just a restaurant for everyone that demands and deserves only the best in service and dining.

We want to offer a place where people can enjoy to the best. We are not about quick service. We are about superb service.
