Chez Matilde takes great pride in offering a carefully selected wine list, in which the finest wines, often scarce on our Island, have been included to please every taste from the occasional wine drinker to the most demanding ‘connoisseurs’. To keep our wines in the best possible condition we have built a unique above-ground wine vault with temperatures ranging from 6° for Champagnes, 8° for our white wines and 12° for our premium red wines. Since this list is quite exceptional and some wines are only available in restricted quantities it may happen that, from time to time, the importers (our local suppliers) run out of stock for which we truly apologize in advance
