"No Shows" are a common problem around the world.

This practice is highly disruptive to the establishment, which puts a lot of effort in preparing for the expected guest, and subsequently loses this revenue unfairly. It also causes a significant loss of income to the employees who greatly depend on these extra busy nights and last but not least prevents other well meaning guests from getting the reservation they wish.

To avoid the inconveniences caused by such whimsical reservations, and better serve our customers during the high "Holiday" seasons, we require all our guests to guarantee their reservations. Your reservation request will be answered with an initial availability confirmation at which time we will ask you to provide your credit card information by means of our automatic reply form which you will be asked to return to us by personalized e-mail.

Initial confirmations which are NOT guaranteed within 48 hours will automatically be cancelled and purged from the system.

At the time of your final reservation within such blocked out periods we will charge your credit card $ 35.00 plus 15% service charge per person as a security retainer. This security retainer is non refundable but will be credited to your final bill.

Cancellations must be made and acknowledged no later than 24 hours prior to the time of reservation. The security retainer will be fully refunded for all timely cancellations.

All group reservations (8 persons or more) regardless of the time of year require the same guarantee.

Reservations during any other time of year do not need to be guaranteed.

We will hold your reserved table for a maximum of 30 minutes after the confirmed time. After that, we reserve the right to sell your table.

We do our utmost to schedule reservations in such a way that we do expect your table to be ready at the time of your reservation. However, dinner habits of our guest is not something we can control, so unfortunately we can not guarantee timely seating. Reservations for the second seating (9:00 - 9:30pm.) may occasionally need to wait for their table beyond the confirmed reservation time in our very attractive lounge area. We do apologize for any such inconvenience.
