The Lilling Family Clarence, N.Y. (formerly from Flushing, N.Y.)	We were so pleased with our dining experience at Matilde. Not only was the food absolutely exquisite in both taste and presentation, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Thank you very, very much!!

Patty and Mike Hanover, MA	We have been coming to Chez Matilde for 10 years, and recently dined at the new Matilde - what a wonderful restaurant! It is one of the BEST restaurants on the island in our oppinion. Chef Linda is a TOP CHEF, and she designed a special menu for me as I am a vegan. It was out of this world fabulous, a mushroom risotto to die for, and my husband enjoyed the filet with cognac peppercorn sauce made table side! The food is delicious, the decor is gorgeous, and the staff very attentive - a perfect dining experience all around. Can't wait to visit again next October - thank you everyone at Matilde! Vive la Matilde!!!

Lilia & Moe Watertown, CT	We had dinner reservations there on July 3, 2007. Absolutely loved it there. This was actually our second visit to Matilde. We had been here our first time in Aruba in 2004. The renovations are wonderful and the quality of the food has remained superb. We are getting married in Aruba next year (July 4, 2008) and are planning on having our wedding our wedding reception there. The new island chic room sets the perfect mood for what we are planning. Keep up the GREAT work Matilde and we will definately see you next year.

David and Marcia St Croix, USVI	When we walked by on a Saturday morning, June 23rd, 2007, we thought we were passing an upscale art gallery... walking in, it became apparent this was a dining establishment like no other, and immediately reserved for that evening... and what an evening of dining it was. A table beside Victor on the piano topped off the culinary delights we sampled. Service exceptional, the attention to detail everywhere... (including the carpet on the underside of the table to prevent bumps and snagsof fine evening dress)... the highlight of our long weekend to Aruba from our own Caribbean home.

Booker Florida	We honeymooned in Aruba in 1993, and had a wonderful, memorable dinner at Chez Matilde. We are glad to see it is still going strong, and we hope to visit again sometime in the near future.

Just enjoyed the new venue in December 2006, right after it opened. Fantastic, decor, food, staff and presentation. Brought two other families with us, both super critical and they were amazed. Keep up the great work.
